Make joist obstructions a problem of the past. Connect 2 is a uniquely designed shower tray featuring two offset waste positions that ensures obstruction free connection, irrespective of the direction or position of joists and eliminating the need to raise the tray on a plinth.
Where joists run parallel to the length of the tray and both holes are obstructed, simply turn the tray 180°. The unique offset position will ensure both will be free.
Where joists run parallel to the width of the tray at least one hole will always be clear.
All square trays can be turned to one of four positions ensuring that one or both waste positions are available.
Please note - Connect 2 Curved shower trays are exclusively compatible only with Kudos Original 6 shower enclosures. Additionally, Connect 2 trays have been designed to only work with the hi-flow waste and trap supplied with each tray.
Q: Will Connect 2 trays work the same on all sizes?
A: Yes, the 2 waste positions are offset from the centre of the tray, therefore the ability to connect to at least one of the waste holes remains the same irrespective of the tray size.
Q: Can I use any waste with Connect 2 trays?
A: No, Connect 2 trays have been designed to work with the hi-flow waste and trap supplied with each tray.
Q: How do I blank off the outlet not used?
A: Connect 2 trays are supplied with a blanking plug and a tube of solvent weld paste to permanently fix it in place.
Q: Is it safe to stand on the waste cover during showering?
A: Yes completely, the colour matched cover is reinforced and is secured with magnets to minimise movement under foot. The drainage area is also not affected.
Q: How do I clean the waste?
A: Secured by concealed magnets, the waste cover is easily removed for cleaning.
Q: If both wastes positions are free from obstruction can i fit two wastes?
A: Yes, all Connect 2 trays are supplied with one waste & trap, if two can be fitted an additional waste can be purchased separately.
