Electric Elements
Electric heating elements are a great addition to your home, more so the bathroom, especially during the summer. They allow your radiator, to provide heat for just your bathroom; despite the main central heating system being switched off.
This clever little addition can be used solely as an independent radiator away from the main central heating systems or as a duel fuel, linking to this system. The electric element will pull energy from your main electric source and heat up the element. This in turn heats up the water within the radiator without needing to switch on the main central heating.
A thermostatic heating element even allows you to monitor the temperature and programme the radiator, ideal for warming up towels before your morning shower.
Dual fuel towel rails and radiators allow you to choose from two different energy sources – electric or central heating. To operate the dual fuel system both central heating pipes are connected into the towel rail and radiator plumbed in to a T-piece. This type of heating tends to be easy to use and less expensive; because of this it’s becoming increasingly popular in UK homes.
